Readmission/reinstatement
Students who have not enrolled in classes for one or more semesters and do not have an approved Leave of Absence from CBS must submit an Application for Readmission form to 229 Snyder Hall. Suspended students may request reinstatement after the period of one academic year without U of M enrollment. Contact a CBS advisor for more information regarding when to submit readmission and reinstatement forms.
