Precipitating DNA

1) Mix 40ul of PCR product + 80ul 100% EtOH + 4ul 3M NaOAc in 1.5 ml snap top tube.

[1Vol + 2Vol 100% EtOH + 0.1Vol 3M NaOAc]

2) Ice for 20 Minutes

3) Spin 5 minutes, pour off.

4) Wash in ~140ul EtOH, spin 5 minutes.

5) Dry

6) Resuspend in 25ul H2O
