All dates where the "Speaker" cell is blank are available. Seminar dates are available on a first-come-first-serve basis. When you have invited a speaker and their date is CONFIRMED, send an E mail to David LaPorte and Alex Lange and they'll update this schedule.

You may reserve a date as "tentative", but only for 48 hours. (This would, for example, allow your invitee a chance to check on other possible commitments.) When the 48 hours has expired, the reservation will automatically be removed and the date will be released.

Clearly indicate in your E mail whether this is a CONFIRMED or TENATATIVE reservation.
