1. Genes on the miniarray, described in Sato et al. (2007)

As described in the paper, the miniarray, our small-scale microarray for monitoring genes representing diverse expression patterns during interactions with pathogens has achieved high accuracy and precision due to several novel design components.

Here is an Excel table for the genes on the miniarray and for their probe sequences.

2. PCR primer sets for genotyping of T-DNA insertion lines.

We computationally designed PCR primer sets for genotyping T-DNA insertion lines available from ABRC. Then we parse primer sets from the entire list as we need.
