2010: phasing out use of custom microarray slides
9/04: Completed production of new set of PCR products for spotting to array slides (annotation file version 3)
2/6/03: 80 full genome arrays were successfully printed (use array annotation file version 2).
11/12/02: 80 full genome arrays were successfully printed (use array annotation file version 2).
7/2/02: 50 full genome arrays were successfully printed (use array annotation file version 2).
7/1/02: 50 full genome arrays were successfully printed (use array annotation file version 2).
5/14/02: 47 full genome arrays were successfully printed (use array annotation file version 2).
5/13/02: 47 full genome arrays were successfully printed (use array annotation file version 2).
4/29/02: A fresh batch of poly-lysine coated slides was prepared. The next printing is scheduled for the week of 5/13/02.
4/10/02: 80 C. albicanhttp://www.cbs.umn.edu/labs/berman/fpcassettes/FPintro.htms full genome arrays printed. A problem with the printer caused 384 well plate 19 not to be spotted. Slides from this printing labeled "A" and "B" are from different batches of poly-lysine coated slides.
4/4/02: Roughly 100 C. albicans full genome arrays printed. Half of the samples were not spotted due to a slide tray failure during the printing (at 384 well plate 9 or 10).
2/27/02: The first printing of 5 full genome array slides (14,592 spots) has been completed successfully. Our hybridization protocols are currently being tested with these arrays.
