ATTENTION ALL USERS:
We are in the process of combining the St. Paul Imaging Center and the Biomedical Imaging Processing Laboratory into the University Imaging Centers (UIC). As part of this process, we are merging and improving our websites including our reservation systems.
Effective November 1, 2010, all users will need to update their profiles prior to making any new equipment reservations.
Choosing the correct PI and Department should be straight forward. A more difficult section is the EFS string.
The system is expecting that string in the following format: The Account Number is made by concatenating the Account Fund, DeptID, Program, Chart Field 1, Chart Field 2, EmplID, Cost Share, and Projects fields together with a dash "-". Use "X" to indicate an empty field.
All fields are required in some fashion. All accounts should have a Fund and a DeptID. The remaining fields will either have the appropriate string or be empty, which is indicated by a single X.
For example: 1702-11813-20662-MMF0008707-x-01855643-x-x is a valid entry consisting of the Fund, DeptID, Program, CF1 and EmplID field.
Please contact UIC staff with any questions.
Thank you,
UIC Staff
*New users*: Usernames and passwords from our old system will not work with the new OCF system. You must create a new login account.
Click here to download a quick start guide (pdf) for our new OCF scheduling system. The full guide, detailing advanced features, may be downloaded here.
As of July 1, 2008, all financial transactions will be processed under the new Enterprise Financial System. Please be aware of your new Chart Field String, which will be required to have work or services done at the Imaging Center. Services will not be rendered without the proper Chart Field Strings (see below).
Please obtain this information from your accounting department to ensure accuracy.
