Important
The reservation system for the CBS AV Equipment is separate from
the system used to reserve Imaging Center equipment; non-Imaging Center / Instructional Lab staff WILL NOT be granted access to the AV Equipment reservation system. You can use this reservation system calendar to view the availability of the various pieces of equipment. Only Imaging Center and Instructional Lab staff may login to the system.
We recommend that you take time to test out your materials and equipment prior to your presentation.

The equipment can be reserved by CBS faculty, staff and students
with this priority:
CBS courses until one week before the semester begins,
Other
instructional use on a first-come, first-serve basis, (eg.
occasional seminars)
Individuals wishing to use the equipment
for non-instructional purposes (eg. lab meetings, research
seminars) may only make a reservation no more than one week in
advance to ensure maxiumum availability for instuctional purposes.
Hours and Location
Normal business hours: Monday-Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm
Afterhours access may be available by contacting Imaging Center
staff and returning a completed
ucards.pdf form.
