Why did you want to come to the University of Minnesota?
I liked what the College of Biological had to offer, and I liked the location.
What are you researching?
I am researching protein phosphorylation. This may have implications for cancer research.
What have you gotten out of this experience?
I have gained experience making common lab calculations, learned new lab techniques, and gained more insights into the skills required for lab research.
What are you interests outside of school?
Walking, biking, and hiking.
What are your plans for the future?
I am planning on getting my biochemistry degree and then going to wok in the area of regulatory affairs.
