File Degree Program Form fall semester of second year
File Preliminary Oral Exam Scheduling Form spring semester of second year
File Thesis Proposal Form during the third year
Request Graduation packet from the Graduate School one term before final oral exam
File Reviewers Report found in the Graduation packet
File Final Oral Exam Scheduling Form no later than one week before exam
