Three letters of recommendation from teachers or others qualified to appraise your scientific work and potential. Reviewer Form A copy of your official college transcript(s). GRE scores. For international applicants only, TOEFL scores. A competitive stipend and tuition scholarship are awarded to all students admitted to the program. During winter semester (January through March), the program's Admissions Committee decides which applicants to admit. We encourage all prospective students to visit the University of Minnesota, tour our facilities and meet faculty and current students. We will invite strong applicants to visit at our expense.
